We support districts to engage in a robust curriculum adoption process. We help district leaders develop their adoption strategy, convene an adoption team, identify local priorities, engage in deep study of materials that reflect their priorities, make a decision, and plan for the successful launch of new materials.

In a two-day workshop, we lead district or state teams in sessions to understand why materials matter and the characteristics of HQIM; to articulate a local vision for instruction in ELA, math, and science; and to learn strategies for strong curriculum adoption and implementation processes.
