Strategic Planning sessions inform design of the partnership plan and occur at critical points in the year to monitor progress on implementation goals. Guided Implementation sessions complement Strategic Planning by providing a framework to monitor implementation using EL’s Dimensions Data Platform to collect, synthesize, and share data.
