Successful adoption of HQIM includes ongoing training, starting with launching materials. Our PL session(s) connects the materials to the system’s vision for instruction, helping teachers and leaders see that vision reflected in the materials. Additionally, we build practices and habits that support lesson and unit internalization and continuous improvement.
