LE offers intensive support to system and school leadership to ensure PL has the infrastructure to thrive. LE staff engage leaders in convenings and group learning, one-on-one coaching, and extensive data gathering, including school walkthroughs and interviews to build on existing strengths in developing structures for PL to have impact.

We ask educators not only to engage deeply with HQIM and practice teaching strategies but also to confront the biases that contribute to inequity. In one session, Building Knowledge and Vocabulary, participants explore why knowledge-building matters for equity and analyze how the selection of texts in a unit builds knowledge.
