Teachers and leaders meet to develop a learning plan for teachers. The year(s) long plan focuses on the progression of understanding for teachers, utilizing research in teacher learning and leveraging experiences from PL leaders’ practice. Each session ties to others and intentionally builds strength in instructional strategies.

In each day of professional learning, teachers explore the design structure of the high-quality instructional materials. They experience a lesson, practice and rehearse instructional routines, explore various supports, understand assessment materials and begin to use student thinking for productive planning.
