Our multi-year (1-3), multi-level support includes: (1) collaborative management of implementation with senior LEA leadership, including facilitation and coaching, change management, and support for communications, evaluation, and scheduling; (2) professional learning workshops for teachers and coaches on ELA and/or math practices and standards; and (3) on-site classroom observations.

We offer a series of single-day workshops for teachers, coaches, and other instructional leaders that includes materials and pedagogy training. Up to five workshops are available individually or may be combined together and/or with individualized coaching to create a more comprehensive implementation package.
