We lead a committee of school and/or systems leaders to assess their current state of instruction, engage in training to support HQIM selection (if applicable), and create a strong plan for curriculum implementation and professional learning for teachers and leaders. In long-term partnerships, we provide ongoing curriculum-specific training on foundational or advanced topics to teachers and leaders.

In multi-day trainings, teachers explore the research behind curriculum design, understand the curriculum's structure and approach, and use protocols to internalize instructional units and lessons and plan supports for diverse learners. For leaders, we provide multi-day trainings, conduct instructional walkthroughs, and engage in collaborative planning to deepen curriculum use.
