Teaching Lab supports school systems to implement year-long PL plans that include curriculum-based Cycles of Inquiry, PLC support, and coaching, like direct-to-teacher coaching and building the capacity of coaches. Services are customized to needs and support educators at all system levels to improve teaching and learning through implementing HQIM.

Teaching Lab provides introductory teacher and leader PL on how to successfully implement specific HQIM, coined “Bootcamps.” Bootcamps last 1-4 days, or the virtual equivalent. Educators learn how HQIM are organized, internalize instructional research, engage in unit and lesson study, and practice key strategies to successfully launch the school year.
