Teaching Matters offers intensive support to school and district leaders to create systems for collaborative professional learning and develop strategic action plans aligned with HQIM. We support teachers through weekly coaching sessions aimed at improving implementation of HQIM grounded in student-centered goals.

In a short term service, we begin by collaborating with leaders to understand their needs and design an implementation plan for teacher professional learning sessions. We lead customized workshops for teachers to deepen content knowledge, pedagogy, and/or assessment practice to advance student learning in alignment with the HQIM.
