Our Cohort Programs, the Equity Influencer Residency (EIR) and Systems Leader Academy (SLA), provide district and school leaders with training on equitable and anti-racist mindsets, leadership skills, standards knowledge, curricular expertise, and systems thinking required for building- and system-wide implementation to support of high-quality instructional materials.

Our Standards Institute is a week-long, immersive training on the intersection of standards and equity. We work with teachers and leaders to build equitable, anti-racist mindsets and make adaptive shifts that support the system-wide provision of rigorous, standards-aligned instruction through high-quality instructional materials.
