CESA 2 will collaboratively design a personalized process that guides teams through envisioning, reviewing, piloting, selection, and implementation of standards-aligned, high quality, instructional materials. By focusing on a vision and establishing guiding beliefs, teams reach consensus and commit to an implementation process that promotes equitable outcomes for all students.

CESA 2 has designed an adoption process that includes visioning, standards-aligned review, gap analysis, and consensus-building in Mathematics, English Language Arts, Science, and Social Studies. Synchronous, asynchronous, and blended options are available to guide district or school leadership teams with Implementation planning to follow.
