CESA 7 Learning Services works with school district leadership teams for two to three years in several half day or full day sessions, requiring 30 - 50 hours per year, to adopt and implement HQIM. Professional learning sessions include understanding the why, building knowledge of the shifts in standards, planning and implementing the pilot process which leads to the adoption of HQIM.
