Workshops
Workshops are customized to meet individual school and/or district needs. Facilitators use pre-consultation meetings with leaders to identify areas of need to plan and lead on-site and virtual workshops.
Coaching
Coaching can take on a variety of forms based on teacher needs. 1:1 Virtual Coaching Sessions allow teachers to access an expertin in OUR curriculum to solve current problems of practice. On-site coaching includes model lessons, parallel teaching and observation to provide real-time support.
PLCs
Teachers participate in-unit overviews for upcoming units of their assigned grade levels. As educators explore each unit, they will engage in the grade-level content while learning about effective instructional routines and considering the unit's big ideas.
